FDA ramps up COVID-19 testing; 108 U.S. cases, 9 deaths

U.S. health officials told Congress Tuesday they will ramp up testing for COVID-19 -- with the capacity to perform as many as 1 million tests a day -- as 108 cases and nine deaths were confirmed in 15 states.
