The Sports Xchange The NFL decided Friday to delay the kickoff time of Sunday's AFC divisional playoff game in Kansas City between the Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers from 1:05 p.m. ET to 8:20 p.m. because of an impending ice storm.
