The Sports Xchange ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Matthew Stafford didn't know he injured the middle finger on his throwing hand late in the first quarter of the Detroit Lions' 20-17 win over the Chicago Bears Sunday until he looked down at the digit and saw it dangling in the air.
