Colombia blocking passage to Venezuelans until border opened permanently

Andrew V. PestanoBOGOTA, July 20 (UPI) -- Colombia will no longer temporarily open the border to allow Venezuelans to buy basic goods until the border, closed by Nicolas Maduro, is reopened permanently.
