UPI StaffCAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Feb. 28 (UPI) -- SpaceX, in its third attempt, plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida between 6:45 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. Sunday.
