Zika virus blamed for brain damage in Hawaiian newborn

Brooks HaysHONOLULU, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- A Hawaiian baby was born with microcephaly, a condition associated with an underdeveloped head and brain. Health officials say Zika virus is to blame.
