Worldwide electronic waste worth $52 billion; 60 percent household appliances

Andrew V. PestanoNEW YORK, April 19 (UPI) -- The amount of electronic waste generated in 2014 equals to about $52 billion -- about 60 percent consisting of kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances.
