U.N. seeks answers on North Korean abduction victims

Elizabeth ShimGENEVA, Switzerland, March 9 (UPI) -- The U.N. rapporteur in charge of assessing the human rights situation in North Korea said in a 19-page report that North Korea must shed light on the abductions and forced disappearances of hundreds of victims, many who were South Korean or Japanese.
