Statoil expands Marcellus Shale acreage

STAVANGER, Norway, March 26 (UPI) -- Norwegian energy giant Statoil announced Friday that it signed a deal with Chesapeake Energy to add 59,000 acres to its Marcellus Shale gas portfolio.
