Sofia moves on Burgas-Alexandroupolis

SOFIA, Bulgaria, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- The Bulgarian government announced plans Wednesday to transfer shares of the construction company for Burgas-Alexandroupolis to the Finance Ministry.
