Gazprom creates Hungarian South Stream arm

BUDAPEST, Hungary, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom created a joint venture for the Hungarian leg of the South Stream gas pipeline during a ceremony in Budapest, the company said.
