Aluminum-water rocket propellant studied

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Oct. 8 (UPI) -- U.S. scientists say they are developing a new type of 'green' rocket propellant that consists of a frozen mixture of water and "nanoscale aluminum" powder.
