Missouri girl named 'Top Young Scientist'

GREENBELT, Md., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- The U.S. space agency said Melissa Rey, 14, of Parkway Central Middle School in Chesterfield, Mo., has won the "America's Top Young Scientist" competition.
