SpaceX to Launch DSCOVR Satellite Today Ahead of 'Moon Blackout'

A weeklong "moon blackout" looms if strong upper-level winds scuttle today's liftoff of the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR), as happened Tuesday (Feb. 10), NASA officials said.
