Russia Launches Unmanned Supply Ship Toward Space Station

A Russian-built unmanned Progress cargo ship launched toward the International Space Station on Wednesday (Oct. 29) carrying fresh supplies. The launch comes a day after a private U.S. rocket exploded while attempting a similar mission.
