Disintegration of Comet ISON Would Pose No Threat to Earth

We have nothing to fear from Comet ISON, no matter how it behaves during its close solar approach this November. ISON will miss Earth by millions of miles — and so will its bits and pieces, if the comet happens to break apart along the way.
