'Nanoslinky': A novel nanofluidic technology for DNA manipulation and measurement

Researchers have developed their own version of the classic Slinky "walking down the stairs" scenario -- albeit 10 million times smaller -- as a novel technology for manipulating and measuring DNA molecules and other nanoscale materials.
