DiVincenzo named vice president and general counsel
Mark DiVincenzo, who has served since 2007 as MIT’s deputy general counsel, has been appointed as the Institute’s next vice president and general counsel, effective immediately. An attorney at MIT since 2001, DiVincenzo succeeds R. Gregory Morgan, who has been named as the Institute’s senior vice president and secretary of the Corporation. President L.
