Justices say the EPA, not the courts, should regulate greenhouse gases.In a setback for environmentalists, the Supreme Court signaled that it would throw out a huge global-warming lawsuit brought by California and five other states that seeks limits on carbon pollution from coal-fired power plants in the South and Midwest.
