Smaller oil slicks harder to find but seen as good sign

The capped BP well has led to broken up oil patches on the surface. But undersea plumes are still a concern. With the BP oil well sealed for 11 days, federal officials said Monday that much of the surface oil had broken up into thousands of small patches that were proving difficult to hunt down and clean up.
