Paradise Cove moves closer to deserving its name

The water at the beach made famous by 'The Rockford Files' goes from a health grade of F last year to B this year. Improvements are seen elsewhere in L.A. County too. Paradise Cove may finally be living up to its name, at least when it comes to the water.
