Stocks stabilize after wild day, edge higher

Leaders of the 16 countries that use the euro are meeting in Brussels to complete the Greek rescue plan. The Dow has lost 631 points, or 5.7 percent, over the last three days. NEW YORK — Stocks edged higher in early trading, finding stability after one of the most turbulent days in the market's history.
