Class action filed for Cedars radiation patients

Several experts say they don't expect the suit to succeed. Some who were over-radiated by CT scans will file individual lawsuits. Legal action is already underway for the 206 patients who received overdoses of radiation from CT brain scans at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
