HMS fellowship open for applicants

Harvard Medical School (HMS) and the Nancy Lurie Marks Foundation are accepting applications for the Nancy Lurie Marks Junior Faculty Merit Scholarship. To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must be affiliated with HMS or one of the Harvard hospitals, have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree, have at least two years of prior postdoctoral training, and be actively involved in research related to autism. Candidates should submit a five-page proposal that includes a two- to three-page description of their research plan and a description of their background, specific aims, and experimental approach. The proposal should be single-spaced, in 10-point font, and should not include references. Applicants should also submit a National Institutes of Health-style biographical sketch, three letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the applicant’s research accomplishments, and a 250-word abstract (single-spaced, 10-point font).
