Rare solar eclipse set to take place on August 21st

As the solar eclipse is only one week away, Chief Astronomer at the Franklin Institute, Derrick Pitts, joins CBSN to discuss the safest way to watch. Only 14 states are expected to be able to view the full eclipse. People are warned not to look directly at it if unless using approved glasses.
