Speaking to the Today Programme on Friday, the head of UK Air Traffic Control Richard Deakin said that, typically, his staff would encounter one unidentified flying object per month. But what sort of objects could a UFO be? Nick Pope, UFO expert, told the Today programme's James Naughtie what he thinks.
