JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) -- Demand for amphetamines, Ecstasy and other synthetic drugs appears to have stabilized in the West, but the problem is worsening in developing countries and rapidly spreading to new markets in the Middle East, a U.N. report said Tuesday....
