Toledo tap water drinking ban lifted after toxin scare

A weekend water ban that had hundreds of thousands of people in Ohio and Michigan scrambling for drinking water - due to tests at one treatment plant that showed readings for microcystin above the standard for consumption - has been lifted, the mayor of Toledo says.
