Flu vaccinations in pregnancy 'disappointingly low' after pandemic

Pregnant women who received a flu shot were less likely to deliver early or have babies with low birth weight, say researchers in Nova Scotia who called the vaccination rates after the 2009 pandemic flu season "disappointing."
