Rabbit ancestor reveals ancient link between Asia and Europe

Brooks HaysBARCELONA, Spain, Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Amphilagus tomidai, a newly named mammalian species, lived in Siberia 14 million years ago. Researchers say its an ancestor of modern European rabbits.
