Halloween Fireballs Will Blaze in the Sky Through November

The Taurid meteors — also called "Halloween fireballs" — are known for being extremely bright and relatively slow-moving. They will streak through the sky from Oct. 20 to Nov. 30, but will peak from Nov. 5 to Nov. 12.
