Depression overlooked in patients with hepatitis C; compromising HCV therapy

Researchers have observed that depressive symptoms in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection are commonly overlooked in routine clinical interviews, and that treatment-induced depression compromises the outcome of HCV therapy.
