Study shows urban coyotes with mange more likely to make use of anthropogenic resources

(Phys.org)—A team of researchers affiliated with several institutions in Canada has found that coyotes that live in urban areas are more likely to make use of anthropogenic resources if they have mange. In their paper published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B, the team describes a radio collar study they conducted with the animals and what they learned by doing so.
