The spring 2016 gathering -Tools for the Smarter Grid - was co-organized by the International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN) Annex 5: Smart Grid International Research Facility Network (SIRFN), which brings together world-class testing and research facilities across more than a dozen countries in Europe, North America and Asia.
