UC San Diego Recognized Internationally as Premier University by Times Higher Education

The University of California, San Diego has again been recognized as a global leader in academic excellence--the university was most recently ranked the 40th best university in the world, according to Times Higher Education. The London-based higher education magazine partnered with Thomson Reuters for the "World Universities Rankings 2013-2014," which recognized UC San Diego as a leading research university, with teaching of the highest caliber and a strong international outlook.
