South African activist Ahmed Kathrada will visit Lexington and the UK community, celebrating an exhibit documenting his life, as well as his newly-released book of memoirs. He is a guest of the College of Arts and Sciences' yearlong initiative "Kentucky and South Africa, Different Lands, Common Ground."
