Street repairs, tree trimming, graffiti removal face cuts under Garcetti budget plan

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti unveiled a $10.5-billion budget for the city that imposes cuts across an array of agencies as the city copes with the coronavirus outbreak. He's also seeking to furlough 15,000 city workers.
