The 'Royal Pains' season premiere includes some questionable treatment for insomnia, spasms, trauma and mercury exposure. The Premise: "HankMed" physician's assistant Divya Katdare (Reshma Shetty) visits infomercial star Spencer Fisher, a.k.a. "Spencer the Spaz" (Kyle Bornheimer), who is having difficulty sleeping at night. She prescribes a low dose of the sedative Ativan (lorazepam).
