Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena sued by ex-workers

Plaintiffs say they were forced to work extra at the psychiatric facility with no overtime pay. The suit also alleges unsanitary conditions. Former employees of Aurora Las Encinas Hospital, a private psychiatric facility in Pasadena, filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against the owner alleging that chronic understaffing has compromised patient care.
