Exercise needn't make you sick, but listen to your body

Extreme workouts might lessen the immunity benefits that come with a more moderate pace. Switch out training days and if you're sick, rest up. Does exercise increase the chance of getting sick? It seems that, whenever I ramp up my exercise program, I get colds and sinus infections more often. I was wondering if you could shed some light on this.
