Franklin ship dive was 'like going back in time,' says archeologist

Marc-André Bernier, chief of underwater archeology sciences at Parks Canada, is one of two speakers at a free lecture on the Franklin Expedition hosted by the Centre for International Governance and Innovation in Waterloo, Ont. The lecture will be streamed live starting at 7 p.m. ET.
