Maritime sea life linked to early European explorers

Two major food sources for birds and fish in the Bay of Fundy, mud-shrimp and mud-worms, may have unwittingly been brought to the Maritimes in the ships of early European explorers, Samuel de Champlain or Henry Hudson, according to new research from the University of New Brunswick.
