Marijuana grow facility heads to court over rejected application

A B.C. medical marijuana company that has been refused a production licence by Health Canada is taking the minister to court, saying it faces shutdown. The firm, with $1 million invested, is the first to challenge the government's new commercial marijuana regime, expected to be worth $1.3 billion in a decade.
