Nunavut man asked to change residency for health treatment

Harry Sala of Sanikiluaq, Nunavut, has spent the past 15 months getting kidney dialysis in Winnipeg. Now he says he's been told to change his residency to Manitoba in order to continue receiving the treatment he needs.
