Georgia governor declares state of emergency, deploys National Guard after girl shot dead

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Monday declared a state of emergency and deployed 1,000 Georgia National Guard troops to Atlanta amid violence in the city after an 8-year-old girl was shot and killed over the weekend.
