Oregon judge rules governor's stay-at-home orders 'null and void'

A judge in Oregon ruled Gov. Kate Brown's stay-at-home orders to prevent the spread of COVID-19 "null and void" on Monday. Brown immediately appealed the ruling to the state Supreme Court to overturn the injunction.
