USS Delaware enters Navy fleet without commissioning ceremony

Although a weekend ceremony was canceled, the submarine USS Delaware was officially commissioned by the U.S. Navy on Saturday. The vessel is the 18th Virginia-class submarine to join the Navy fleet.
