Quick-hitting storm to strike mid-Atlantic with rain, snow early this week

A fast-moving storm system will interact with just enough cold air to produce a swath of accumulating snow from the central Appalachians to parts of the mid-Atlantic and southeastern New England from Monday night to Tuesday night.
