South Korea's Moon hints at disbanding 'comfort women' foundation

South Korean President Moon Jae-in said the "comfort women" foundation is dysfunctioning and suggested that the two countries seek ways to bring it to a close, in a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
