Investigation: Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez was driving boat in fatal crash

The Florida Wildlife Commission says Jose Fernandez was the operator of the speeding boat that crashed and killed the Miami Marlins pitcher and two others in the early morning of Sept. 25, according to the investigation report concluded after six months.
